I was watching the “TODAY SHOW” this morning and Samoa Air says they are going to charge passengers by their pound, weight. Rates start at a dollar per 2-pounds, which include the weight of the flyer and as their baggage. So basically the less you weigh the less you pay. The more you weigh the more you pay…
