Does anyone know if Zombie Burger has high chairs? Thinking of going there tomorrow for lunch with the kids…but need the high chairs. Considering my son & daughter love mac & cheese & hot dogs…nothing could be easier than a mac & cheese dog.

Sue The T-Rex

Tomorrow, Sue the T-Rex begins her reign over at the Science Center. My son is super excited about this (yes, he gets excited about a lot of things, ha). Somehow, I’m going to convince him, though, that he’s not allowed to grab Sue’s tail.

We were at the Science Center yesterday, and with the right angle, we got a sneak peek. It’s impressive, can’t wait to see the exhibit tomorrow.

New Thing

So, I was deep into a labyrinth of Googling…when I stumbled across the Top 100 Songs list of each year (dating way back)…I clicked on a few years, and thought, holy cow, there are some songs on that list that I never ever ever ever want to hear ever again…ever…and then there were a bunch of songs that I had to go find on my Itunes and listen to again.

Then the idea (whether it’s a good idea or not is still to be determined) to go through the Top 100 of each year, and pick out the 10 songs that I would still love to hear, and 10 songs that need to go away immediately, and never be heard from again.

This time up, for no reason…it’s 1996. Figured, why not…that’s when I graduated high school….good memories, I suppose?

Here’s the list of the Top 100

And now, here’s the Top 10 Songs that I would love hear many many more times…

Donna Lewis – I Love You Always Forever

Keith Sweat – Twisted

Quad City DJs – C’mon Ride It (The Train)

La Bouche – Be My Lover

Mariah Carey – Always Be My Baby

Ginuwine – Pony

La Bouche – Sweet Dreams

Blackstreet – No Diggity

Oasis – Wonderwall

Eric Clapton – Change the World

The Top 10 Songs from 1996’s “Top 100″ that I’d be happier never hearing ever again

Smashing Pumpkins – 1979 (one of my most despised songs ever…and I’m a S.Pumpkins fan)

Los Del Rio – Macarena

Everything But the Girl – Missing

Alanis Morissette – Ironic

Joan Osborne – One of Us

LL Cool J – Doin’ It

Sophie B. Hawkins – As I Lay Me Down

Toni Braxton – Un-Break My Heart

Blues Traveler – Hook

Ace of Base – Beautiful Life

Sheryl Crow – If It Makes You Happy

Good riddance!

The Big Game:

The black birds from Baltimore, and the 50-1’ers of San Francisco (I’m making my way around all the tradmark/copyright rules the NFL has).

Oh, here’s one of the commercials already…and I despise it. First off, why are companies spending $4 million for a 30 second commercial when they just put it on YouTube 4 days before it airs?

Alright, here’s the newest Budweiser Clydesdale horses one. I like the Clydesdale Horses…when they come to the State Fair, we always check them out…

But these commercials…are such an emotional pool of sappiness. These are my least favorite commercials each year…and I’ve seen people cry over these…I’ve seen the posts on YouTube about how “moving” these are.

I might be in the minority here, but I think these commercials are so lame, but I’m glad they’re a minute, as soon as they come on, it allows a perfect bathroom break.

AWESOME is as AWESOME does!
