Quilt Show

Waukee Christian Church is hosting a Quilt Show on October 25th.

The Quilt Show promises to be educational and lots of fun.  There will be opportunities to learn about applique as well as hand and machine quilting.  You can even learn how to create a 10 minute Table Runner!   There will be quilts on display, brunch will be available at 9 a.m. and lunch at noon, our Youth Group will host a bake sale in the afternoon and there will be crafts for sale.

Hair-raising experiments, bubbling potions and visual illusions abound during Spooky Science at the Science Center of Iowa! Dust the cobwebs off of your costume and join us the Saturday before Halloween (October 25) to trick-or-treat your way throughout the building and experience themed programming!
 
Spooky Science activities are included with general admission to SCI; always free for members!
