What a great opportunity to bond with others, clear your mind & give back to your bodies. Men & women of all ages welcome! Must be at least 15 years old to attendĀ  w/signed medical waiver. Attendees are encouraged to consult their medical doctors prior to joining any fitness program. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Child care will not be available, but let us know if this is something you would be interested in for the future. PRE-REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED BUT SPACE LIMITED. Community Yoga is committed helping the community. To make yoga accessible to everyone each group class is based off free-will donations. The money goes to the class instructors for their time putting together the courses, maintaining training, music & insurance. The minimum recommended donation per class is $5. 20% of proceeds will be donated to a well deserving charity or organization (most likely wherever the class is held). This event will be held at Plymouth Church in Des Moines w/20% of proceeds going to the church. To pre-register a minimum $1 donation is required to cover eventbrite registration fees.
