The April 6th Gala Concert celebrates Gateway Dance Theatre’s 40th year & will honor Elaine Estes, Mary Brubaker & Willie Stevenson Glanton, pioneering women in Iowa, whose influence has spurred Gateway’s sense of purpose and growth throughout the years. The concert will also include a rhythmic welcome with the beat of African & Japanese Taiko drums, a revival of Gateway’s signature pieces, excerpts from recent dance suites & a surprise celebratory conclusion.Tickets available through Gateway Dance & The Civic Center Box office.
