Plant Sale to benefit Meals from the Heartland

West Des Moines United Methodist Church is sponsoring a spring plant sale to benefit Meals from the Heartland.   We have 154 varieties of spring annuals and vegetables for sale all supplied by Goode Greenhouse.  See our catalog and order form at www.wdmumc.org.  Orders must be received by April 13.  Plants can be picked up at the church on May 7 from 2-8 pm–just in time for Mothers Day!

All profits will be used to purchase meals to be packaged at West Des Moines Methodist Church on Saturday, May 17.  We have a goal of 75,000 or more meals.  The church is located at 720 Grand Avenue in West Des Moines.  The public is invited to both the plant sale and packaging event.  Donations are also welcome.  Details at www.wdmumc.org.
