Oh I have some amazing listeners!
Oh I have some amazing listeners!

I’m full. It’s not even 11:30am and I’m stuffed for the rest of the day.

I have some amazing listeners. I have been having an email dialogue with Tommy in Jamaica, Iowa. Tommy works at ToJo’s Bar and Grill and has been sending me pictures of food that has had my mouth watering. When Tommy found out I had never had a pork tenderloin, she found a way to get one sent to me. Along with a major box of additional foods, like ToJo Fries and a combo basket. I’m stuffed. I shared with my coworkers and they loved it as much as I did!

I’m learning that Iowans will road trip for great food. And google the bar for yourself and you will see they have exceptional reviews. Now I know why. Oh my word! THANK YOU! I will never cheat on ToJo’s now. They introduced me to the Pork Tenderloin and I’ll never be the same.

I will wear my t-shirt proudly!

I also was spoiled today by Roseland Bakery. For Lyrical Pursuit a few months ago, I had a prize that was from a Bridal Show and part of the prize was from Roseland Bakery. I wasn’t familiar with it so I looked it up online and was blown away by the menu. One thing that Rhiannon and I LOVE are cake pops. It is our special treat. So I the owner of Roseland Bakery arranged to have some cake pops delivered to me today. How can I ever go back to where Rhi and I used to get them now that I’ve been treated to a true cake pop? Holy cow!

Check out Roseland Bakery for yourself HERE. This is heaven.

Now lastly, I am going to mention something dear to my heart that¬†isn’t food.¬†I am a big supporter of the March of Dimes, and on Saturday is our March for Babies. I know a lot of you know the story about how my 5 year old, was born at 27 weeks weighing just 2lbs, 2 ounces. We spent 96 days in the NICU at Blank Children’s Hospital. I’ve been hitting up my friends, coworkers and family for donations. I want to thank Tommy at ToJo’s for a donation she made as well. I hope noone goes through what we did, but if you do…you will really appreciate the March of Dimes. If you would like more information on the walk, our journey, or to donate you can get it HERE.
