Pharrell Cries on Oprah, Asks “Why Am I Crying on Oprah?”

Is it me, or does Pharrell Williams seem like the most like-able guy of the moment?

Pharrell Williams cried “Happy“ tears on Oprah Prime on Sunday. Pharrell and Oprah Winfrey were both moved to weep during his interview after she showed him a montage of people around the world dancing and singing along to his hit track. By the end of the clip, the behatted Pharrell was unable to speak for several seconds, but finally managed to whimper, “Why am I crying on Oprah?“ He later said about the song, “It’s overwhelming because I love what I do and I just appreciate the fact that, like, people have believed in me for so long that I could make it to this point.
