PROJECT VARIETY is an evening of sampling of signature cocktails and appetizers from area restaurants and bars. Enjoy samples from each participating vendor. Vote for your favorite cocktail and the winner will be announced at the end of the night. Attendees also have the opportunity to bid on a variety of live auction items. All proceeds benefit Variety – The Children’s Charity.
