Loved Kriss Kross as a kid…”Jump” was one of the first rap songs I remembered being able to blare at top volume without worrying about my mom & dad hearing all sorts of swears.

(I was able to do this with Onyx’ “Slam” as well, but only because my parents couldn’t decipher any of they lyrics).

Did I wear the baseball jerseys backwards? Yes…but only once. I thought everyone would be doing it back in 8th grade…I got to school, and I was the only one. Ridicule followed.

The disdain for Kara is well-warranted…she never offered any sort of usable criticism. Smokey Robinson, Lionel Richie, and even Paul Anka did better as guest judges than Kara did as a full-time judge!
