I was Almost as Manly as Big Ken
Big Ken is a Bourbon man…a Makers Mark man. I can’t handle bourbon at all. I’ve been arrested once…it was due to bourbon. I won (but really ended up losing) a drinking contest in college…it was bourbon. I did the 10 shots…won the contest…but then spent the next 24 hours throwing up.
When we do a morning show outing or something like that, and there’s booze involved…Ken will order a Makers…I order something much less manly, perhaps a vodka lemondae, or a Red Bull & vodka, or just a rum & coke.
Just recently, Makers Mark announced that they were going to cut some of the alochol content to make it easier, apparently, for wusses like me to handle. Finally, I can drink with Ken. Awesome.
Then, less than a week later, they announce they’ve reconsidered, and aren’t going to lower the content. Well, there goes that. Sorry Ken, you’re going to have to drink alone. (Note: between drinking alone or drinking with me, I’m sure Ken would choose drinking alone, ha ha).

Zero Hour
Do you know who’s still a great actor? Anthony Edwards. I really enjoyed the first episode of Zero Hour…I hope I have enough committment to follow-through on a series like this. I generally start strong on these, and then fade away.
Well That Was Embarrassing
So, last night, my wife and I were doing “Insanity”…which I would recommend, it’s a good program, and I like the results so far! Again, though, there’s a little bit of Yoga in the program…and I am, uh…not good at yoga. So last night, we were doing some weird pose (which is probably the most basic of poses), and right in front of my wife, I slowly begin tipping, and just crash face first to the ground. Done and done. Congrats honey, you married a klutz.
