Kurt’s Blog: My 1st Annual Cinco De Mayo Awards

Ahh…Cinco De Mayo…where Coronas, Margaritas, and every meal is Mexican-themed…actually that sounds a lot like every Saturday for me. Mmm…an excuse to eat delicious burritos, nachos, and tacos.

I give out My First Annual Cinco De Mayo Awards

Best Nachos: El Rodeo

Best Guacamole: Chipotle…listen, I know Dos Rios’ guac is fantastic…but the Chipotle guac is so good…and I can get it much quicker.

Best Mexican Beer: Modelo…with salt on the rim of the can.

Best Mexican Rum: Ron Pipo (only available at the Moon Palace in the Riviera Maya…we think the locals made fun of us for choosing this over Bacardi…but it was so good.

Best Margarita: The Dos Rios’ Skittles Margarita…as good as it sounds.

Best Fajita Nachos: Los Cabos

Best Thing to Order from Taco Bell: Chicken Quesadilla (2 of them)

Best Burrito: No shocker here…CHIPOTLE

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!
