Ben Affleck is the New Batman
I’m for it. I like Ben Affleck. Yes, he’s made a slew of terrible movies, but that was between 2002-2007…since then, he’s been picking only good movies & roles. I think this will be good for the next Man of Steel venture. I think people still just relate Ben Affleck with “Gigli”, and they (correctly) cringe.
Last two movies? The Town….and Argo. Both AWESOME!
The MTV VMAs
I saw a list that ranked the “Top 20 Crazy Moments” at the MTV VMAs (which is Sunday night…in what will be a crazy night of TV…those, Dexter, Breaking Bad).
This was their final Top 5

2. Madonna & Britney kiss
3. Lady Gaga wearing a raw meat dress
4. Michael Jackson kissing Lisa Marie
5. Fiona Apple’s “life is bull(crap)” speech.

I thought it was AWESOME…and people always talk about how she “revealed” way too much….but she didn’t…that’s a flesh-colored pants suit…she’s wearing pants people! No one ever seems to understand that…it’s not even see-through…it’s flesh-colored.

Double Stuft Oreo Scandal
Is it a massive bummer that Double Stuft Oreos are .14 short in actually being “double stuffed”? Absolutely…but are they still 1.86 times better than regular Oreos? Yes. People are calling for a boycott of Oreos until they fix this “problem” need to get a grip…you’re only hurting yourself…you should never deprive yourself of Oreos.

You know I love the Avril Lavigne…I make no bones about it, so I, of course, was interested when she released a video for her new song “Rock-n-Roll’.

The Warrior Dash
It’s tomorrow…and I haven’t run at all…I’m more in shape for the fantasy draft that’s later in the day tomorrow. It’ll be a fantastic time…it’s easily my favorite run…but I know pain will come on Sunday.
