Kurt’s Blog: Track 4…at 2:22 on Taylor Swift’s Album…Music Magic Happens

Have you listened to Taylor Swift’s “Folklore” yet?

You should…it’s fantastic.

I was skeptical…#1…because nothing good seems to be happening lately…and #2…Taylor’s last two albums were just sorta okay. There were a few great songs, but overall, found the albums a little lackluster.

Folklore” is different…it seems meaningful. I’ve enjoyed every song on the album…but there is a moment…an album-defining moment…a “Taylor Swift Top 10 Songs List” defining  moment.

It happens on Track #4…”Exile“…at the 2:22 mark.

When Bon Iver comes back in, and Taylor Swift rejoins…it’s music perfection.

Exile” is now my favorite Taylor Swift song ever…and one of the best songs of the year, no doubt about it.
