What RAGBRAI Means to Me

If I had to rank what RAGBRAI means to me:

1. Pie

2. Booze

3. Biking (but only because I had to include a 3rd)

This morning, as the RAGBRAI riders begin arriving to Des Moines, make sure you welcome them out at the HyVee on Grand in West Des Moines. Coll will be there from 10-noon, and while you’re there, have yourself a piece of “Chocolate Peanut Butter Pig” pie

pie…it’s chocolate, peanut butter, bacon bits, and whip cream)…and to say it’s AWESOME is an understatement.

There will be a ton of fun activities out at the HyVee on Grand all afternoon long!

 

Long Live the 90s

Tonight, as RAGBRAI is on town, there’s a 90s rock concert that is fantastic…the Summerland Tour hits the Court Ave. Bridge tonight at 7. It features Live, Everclear, Filter, and Sponge…most excellent.

Oh, I’ll come up with lists for all of them…
