The McLeprechaun
It’s half-Shamrock shake…half-chocolate shake. I ordered this off-the-menu item at McDonalds…and even though it took a few conversations, they made it for me. I thought it was pretty good, but I have to disclose that I’m not a fan of the Shamrock shake at all. Mixing anything with chocolate is good though.
I Caved
Ugghhh….I caved…and I’m kicking myself for it. I ended up shoveling yesterday after all. I shouldn’t have, there was no point. In my defense, I did a really poor, half-hearted effort of it. Just 4 quick lines up and down the driveway…and then, for the sidewalk, just one shovel-width lane…just enough for one person at a time to walk through. Whatever, it was done, and I’m kicking myself for even doing that much.
The Bachelor
I’m really happy Sean chose Catherine…she seems super-sweet. Do I think it will work out? No. That said, I hope that it’s not because we find out Catherine is really a Tierra in hiding or something like that. Catherine actually seems genuine, and it still surprises me that someone like this is even on The Bachelor!
David Bowie
David Bowie…the great David Bowie….has a new album out today “The Next Day”. I’m a big Bowie fan, and looking back to the year 1995/1996, how was I not smart enough to go to the Nine Inch Nails/David Bowie concert? Kicking myself for that one. (A lot of kicking today…and about nothing serious).
