We’re taking a look back at some fun show moments…it’s “Ken, Colleen, and Kurt’s Way Back Wednesday”.

Today we look back at when we really wanted to help Kurt with keeping with his resolution.

He said he wanted to get into shape, so we went him to the Walnut Creek Y for some time…ok, a lot of time…on the treadmill.
